A heart to heart, when you need it most.
Welcome to Hart to Heart Therapy. I offer calm, confidential online counselling rooted in Carl Rogers’ person-centred approach — a space where you can be met with warmth, respect, and genuine understanding.
How it works
Person-centred counselling focuses on empathy, honesty, and acceptance — so you can explore what’s happening for you and find your own way forward. You’re welcome to begin with a free 15-minute consultation to share what you’d like to achieve.
1) Free 15-minute consultation
A brief, no-pressure call to understand what you’d like to achieve and whether we feel like a good fit.
2) Sessions online
50-minute sessions held via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, typically weekly or flexible.
3) A steady space
A consistent, confidential relationship where change can emerge naturally over time.
What I can help with
Counselling can help with many experiences — including those that are hard to name. These are some common starting points:
Anxiety & overthinking
Support to find steadiness, clarity, and breathing space.
Low mood & self-esteem
A kinder relationship with yourself; less harsh inner talk.
Grief, loss & change
Room for what you’re carrying, and support through transitions.
Stress & burnout
Make sense of pressure, boundaries, and what you need now.
Relationships
Explore patterns, communication, and your needs in connection.
Feeling “stuck”
Gently untangle what’s keeping you in place.
